Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Media Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media analytics (retail and national), data interpretation, and reporting to drive insights that optimize our media strategies. You will work closely with marketing, media buying, and creative teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in media planning and performance evaluation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze media performance across multiple channels, including retail media (Amazon, Walmart, Target), programmatic, affiliate, CTV, social media and influencer
  • Develop and manage comprehensive media measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for media strategies
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio and media attribution platforms
  • Work closely with media planners and buyers to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize spend
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify industry trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data collection methodologies and ensure data integrity
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with emerging media trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or Python is preferred
  • Experience interpreting Media Mix Modeling (MMM) reports
  • Strong understanding of media planning, media buying, and attribution modeling
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
