Position Summary:
The Brand & Product Manager, Global will lead the development and execution of global innovation and growth initiatives. This role treats our brand portfolio as a dynamic product ecosystem, requiring a candidate who can balance long-term brand equity with the iterative, data-driven speed of software product management. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of global plans, leveraging Agile principles to drive cross-functional collaboration across all regions.

Manage the business with a "Product-Led Growth" mindset, focusing on speed-to-market, gross margin, and lifecycle profitability.

Act as the "Product Owner" for key global initiatives, driving the roadmap from discovery through delivery.

Ensure global consistency while allowing for regional "localization" (UX/UI adaptations) of the brand strategy and innovation pipeline.

Utilize consumer insights and data telemetry to refine brand positioning in alignment with digital and physical market trends.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap & Strategy: Lead the development of short and long-term global brand strategies using a roadmap-driven approach. Partner with regions to ensure "feature sets" (product attributes) meet local market needs while maintaining a unified global code/brand base.

Agile Innovation Leadership: Lead portions of the innovation process (Discovery, Alpha/Beta testing, GTM). Partner with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure the innovation pipeline is both technically feasible and commercially viable.

Omni-Channel Asset Ownership: Own the development of core assets for omnichannel deployment, ensuring the "User Experience" (UX) is consistent from physical packaging to digital storefronts.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Act as an expert in consumer understanding. Use a mix of traditional CPG metrics and digital product analytics (conversion rates, engagement, retention) to deliver winning propositions.

Brand Architecture & Systems: Enforce global brand identity guidelines as a "Design System," protecting immutable core assets while allowing for scalable growth across global markets.

Supply Chain & Technical Integration: Understand the global supply chain and procurement landscape to design best-in-class products that meet both consumer hardware needs and financial targets.
Required Experience/Qualifications:

Education: A four-year college degree; MBA or Product Management Certification preferred.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Brand Management & Software Product Management, across B2C, B2B or services

Analytical Rigor: Experience diagnosing performance using ACNielsen/IRI/NPD, combined with proficiency in Product Analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics).

Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments to drive product development.

Consumer Insights: Demonstrated ability to leverage primary research and "user testing" to drive leadership brand sales and feature prioritization.

Omnichannel Growth: Proven track record of driving growth across diverse sales channels, including E-commerce and traditional retail, ideally internationally
