About the Role
Join Newell Brands’ Home Fragrance team as a Demand Planner, where you’ll play a key role in forecasting item level demand across our beloved fragrance portfolio. You’ll combine analytical rigor with cross‑functional collaboration to help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time for our retail partners and consumers.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, update, and maintain demand forecasts for assigned Home Fragrance categories and customers.
- Support the statistical forecasting process in SAP/IBP, leveraging data, trends, and business inputs to refine forecast quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Brand Marketing, and Supply Planning to align system forecasts with business plans.
- Participate in the Demand Agreement process for assigned customers, ensuring clear documentation and alignment.
- Monitor key forecasting KPIs (accuracy, bias) and identify root causes behind performance gaps.
- Prepare demand‑related insights for monthly reviews and cross‑functional meetings.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in forecasting processes, tools, and data integrity.
- Help manage category‑specific nuances such as seasonality, promotional lifts, product transitions, and launch forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
- Experience with SAP/IBP, APO, or other advanced planning tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Massachusetts base pay range for this position is from $70,750 to $85,600. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
