As the Manager, Commercial Innovation Management, Brand, you will be a catalyst for innovation, working alongside leaders to craft holistic, high-impact programs that captivate shoppers and elevate brand equity. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing dynamic consumer experiences that turn intent into action at the point of purchase.

Your Mission

In this role, you will not only manage key stakeholders and resources but also spearhead creative strategies that resonate with consumers and retailers alike. You will take ownership of projects from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints while optimizing scale and cost implications.  This role will be instrumental in building organizational capability to design and execute holistic consumer/shopper programs. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing program proposals that align with key selling periods, seasonal trends and promotional cycles
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Innovation Manager, Sales to synchronize marketing initiatives with product launches and retailer priorities
  • Establish clear execution timelines and milestones to ensure seamless campaign rollout across all touchpoints
  • In partnership with Commercial Innovation Manager, Sales manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (brand, sales, insights, operations) and external partners (agencies, vendors)
  • Utilize performance metrics and KPIs to assess success, provide data-driven recommendations and refine future programs
  • Adapt messaging, creative assets, and promotional tactics to meet the needs of different retail environments (mass, grocery, club, e-commerce)
  • Leverage digital, social, and in-store activations to create a seamless omnichannel shopper experience

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand management
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in coordinating multi-channel campaigns
  • Ability to build strong business relationships across all functions of the organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills and computer software proficiency (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
