Job location: this position can be based anywhere within 2 hours of driving distance from a Newell facility.
The evolution of the Newell Brands Supply Chain includes a focus on driving productivity through building capability in people, processes, and technology. Planning, Engagement, Achievement & Knowledge (PEAK), Newell’s branded improvement strategy, is fundamental to that goal. This role supports the execution and scaling of PEAK systems across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites within North America and LATAM.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of PEAK deployment across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites within North America and LATAM
- Translate regional and enterprise CI priorities into site-level execution roadmaps
- Coordinate deployment sequencing across sites at varying PEAK maturity levels
- Coach site leadership teams on advanced PEAK PACS tools, systems, and behaviors
- Develop and mentor indirect CI resources and site PEAK leads
- Lead identification, prioritization, and execution of cross-site improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistent tracking, validation, and sustainment of CI results
- Promote standard work and best-practice sharing across sites and regions
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to embed CI into operating rhythms
- Drive cultural change through disciplined problem-solving, loss analysis, and leader standard work
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations, or Supply Chain roles
- Demonstrated experience leading CI initiatives across multiple sites
- Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or equivalent methodologies
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across North America and LATAM
Preferred:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, Lean or TPM certification
- Experience working in both Manufacturing and Distribution environments
- Portuguese language capability is desired
- Prior experience supporting Operations
