An analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Someone who can not only crunch numbers but also tell the story behind them—connecting insights to business strategy and communicating effectively with senior leadership.

About the Role

The Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a critical role in supporting executive-level financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate BP&A, this position is responsible for delivering consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management insights for the Executive Management Team. The role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to partnering across functions to drive accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and consolidation of the annual operating plan, budgets, quarterly forecasts, business reviews, and decision-support analysis across all functions.
  • Develop, refine, and deliver comprehensive financial models (Excel) and executive-ready presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Planning, and Global Financial Systems teams to ensure consistent, harmonized reporting and analysis.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships to gather information, align reporting, and deliver timely, accurate executive summaries.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly financial results and trends, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Manage consolidated company-wide cash flow forecasting and partner with segment leaders to understand drivers of cash flow performance.
  • Support long-term planning through the development of liquidity and capital allocation models.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and strategic analysis to support executive and Board-level decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting; experience in a manufacturing or CPG environment preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion (HFM), and business modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting reports for executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, quickly learn new systems, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; able to partner effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and basic understanding of cost accounting and controls in a manufacturing setting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity while proactively identifying solutions and process improvements.
