Job Summary:
This position will be responsible to manage supply chain’s activity in product lifecycle processes which encompass responsibility for accurate NPD data management, tracking, reporting and continuous process improvement to support on time execution including exit program for sku rationalization to avoid E&O. He/She will work closely with leaders across supply chain, brand team, PMO to support data-driven decision. He/she will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for supply chain in support of product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support new product development cross functional team to support, analyze, execute supply chain key critical timeline until launch and ship to trade phase by collaborating with PMO, Brand and other key functional team members including supply chain execution team (demand and supply planners).
- Supports product lifecycle team in executing sku rationalization in correlation to NPD launches as well as product line discontinuation and low performance sku to to avoid / minimize E&O and improve inventory health.
- Present monthly summary of NPD exception / progress to S&OP product meeting review, weekly/biweekly update to segment supply chain leader and monthly NPD forecast alignment with demand/supply planners.
- Support manager in new projects relevant to supply chain product lifecycle management.
- Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
- Run monthly / bi-monthly analysis to identify end of life planning parameters across H&C that needs maintenance
- Maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related analytical field.
- 3-5 years of supply chain experience.
- Experience with Microsoft business applications (Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Point) for business reporting and data analysis.
- ERP Software experience with SAP and/or similar systems.
- Project management experience.
- Strong communication, problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Strong ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
- Preferred: experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
