We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Program Manager, Marketing and Brand Management Initiatives to drive and oversee the development and execution of key strategic marketing projects led by the Baby and Writing brand management teams. This role requires a visionary leader with excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of marketing and brand management, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions. This role demands a business-savvy, process-driven thinker with proven leadership in managing complex, cross-functional projects in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Program Management Execution:
- Formulate action plans and oversee implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the brand’s marketing vision and organizational goals.
- Manage and oversee multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Contribute to continuously refine the Program Management Office (PMO) framework to align with corporate strategy.
- Translate executive vision into actionable project roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, brand teams, and cross-functional departments to align strategic objectives.
- Enhance and ensure effective communication between departments such as Brand, Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, CSI and CMD
- Facilitate high-impact strategy sessions and alignment meetings to remove organizational roadblocks, drive collaborative initiatives and ensure comprehensive execution of marketing programs (e.g., Disney movie tie-ins, global packaging graphics launch and execution, creation of Tik Tok content, sku reduction execution, Teacher Appreciation and Rookie of the Year Activation).
- Provide guidance and support to team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic planning and routinely measure and report impact of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly review business strategies and performance metrics and adjust accordingly to achieve desired outcomes.
- Executive Support & Communication:
- Work effectively with center functions to prepare segment dashboards, reports, and presentations that concisely summarize project health, financial forecasts, risks, and overall progress.
- Act as a trusted advisor, synthesizing complex data into clear insights that support quick, data-driven decision-making.
- Budgeting & Resource Management:
- Lead the development and management of marketing budgets, resource plans, and cost forecasts that maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with finance to monitor expenditures and adjust priorities according to shifting marketing demands, competitive and market actions, and strategic goals.
- Risk & Change Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuously monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Champion change management initiatives to support the organization through transformation and scalable growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management, strategic planning, or brand management —ideally within the CPG or consumer products industry.
- Experience managing and overseeing marketing and brand management activities.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Direct experience with product lines such as writing instruments, baby products adhesives, or similar consumer products is a strong plus.

- Advanced Project Management:
- Proficient with PM tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or equivalent platforms
- PMP, CSM or other project management certification
- Experience in marketing and brand management development and planning
- Experience with Agile project management

- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, with a proven track record of crafting persuasive executive presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Highly effective influencing skills (leads by example, clearly articulates business cases and interpretation of cause-effect impact).
- Change Leadership:
- Proven change management expertise to guide the organization through transformation and operational scaling.
