Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Lead for Adobe Workfront initiatives and related technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain workflow processes using Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Configure Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.)
- Identify and resolving issues with the Adobe Workfront software and its integration with other software applications
- Provide solutions for Workfront upgrades, configurations, and maintenance of various processes
- Gather requirements to solve for a specific process/workstream, and gauge whether the future process and its information are a good fit to be managed within the application
- Execute changes that may be required to custom forms, with the awareness and understanding the impact it would have to forms currently in existence
- Create reports and dashboards within Workfront that users and teams can utilize to drive effectiveness within their respective processes
- Stay informed on quarterly application releases and. Evaluate new releases and enhancements and provide feedback to all users on the specific impacts.
- Contribute ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions to various problems.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessary
Qualifications:
- 5-7 Years of experience with at least 2 years Workfront implementation experience for preferably large complex organizations
- 2 years' Experience with Workfront Fusion developing Automation Workflows
- Ability to lead Workfront initiatives and define best solutions
- Experience configuring and customizing varied processes and Integrations within Adobe Workfront
- Experience with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services
- Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront integration processes and its data model
- Well versed with business workflow automation, workflow management, reporting dashboards, scenario planning, proofing capabilities, and goal alignment within Adobe Workfront
- In Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms and approval workflows templates duration work effort planned hours
- In-Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end user design.
- Experience integrating Adobe Asset and other Adobe AEM technology with Adobe Workfront nice to have
- Adobe certifications nice to have
- Knowledge of best practices adopted in Industry related to Adobe Workfront and Fusion
- Driven, Self-starter, Proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with technical peers and business stakeholders across various workstreams.
