About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Airport Oaks. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre to ensure finished goods are received, picked, staged, replenished and consolidated accurately and efficiently.

Working in a busy warehouse environment, you will help maintain stock accuracy, follow documented processes, support quality standards, and contribute to a safe and well-organised workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, works well in a team, and takes pride in doing the job properly.

In this role, you will coordinate logistics and export operations, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and on time. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers, and freight partners to manage the end-to-end shipping process.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in export logistics or freight forwarding
  • Strong knowledge of export processes and full container load (FCL) operations
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships (internal & external)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and freight forwarders
  • Coordinate shipping schedules, pack plans, and container movements
  • Work with factory and planning teams to ensure timely product availability
  • Manage export bookings, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to MPI and export regulations
  • Maintain accurate internal documentation and scheduling systems
