About the role:


As a National Account Manager, you will work closely with the Senior National Account Manager and the wider sales team to identify and implement strategic plans. The National Account Manager is responsible for managing head office accounts to achieve agreed revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction targets. What will you be responsible for?

  • Develop and implement joint business, marketing, and promotional plans
  • Build long-term customer relationships and deliver on sales targets
  • Identify new sales opportunities across ecommerce and omnichannel platforms
  • Forecast and plan revenue/margin growth while keeping a close eye on competitor activity
  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Mange and grow accounts with head office teams

What do you need to be successful?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or similar
  • Proven experience managing national accounts in a sales environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to identify and develop new sales channels
  • Strong understanding of financial performance metrics
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and omnichannel strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
