Job Responsibilities:
- Develop country business plan by aligning global and regional strategy
- Takes ownership to deliver the country targets and plan
- Continuously develop strong team by providing appropriate training, coaching and other necessary means to ensure team engagement.
- Provides sales team’s forecasts and take necessary actions to deliver the plans when gap exists.
- Manages customers relationships and continuously improves business relationship across the different levels of the customer's organization
- Regularly review team performance according to plan including detailed (key) account, prospect and project plans where needed to ensure sales & KPI target are achieved in short, medium and long terms
- Together with Trade Marketing Manager, develop distribution strategy in the country and execute accordingly.
- Manage and Oversee company trading term agreements, contract and commercial negotiations.
- Own execution of key growth-driving initiatives, and leading strategy setting and execution across other functions.
- Driving business growth mainly in Thailand, as well as in other markets in Southeast Asia. Build and execute on business, marketing and operational strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales & Trade Marketing
- Extensive experience in sales planning & execution for key modern-trade accounts in Thailand.
- People Management Skill / International Key Account Management
- Experience as Principle managing Distributor
The monthly base pay range for this position is from THB 180,000 to THB 240,000. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
