Job Duties:
- Planning and managing accounts to achieve Sales and Distribution targets.
- Presenting new products, promotions, and activity plans to customers.
- Managing and controlling expenses aligned with budget.
- Negotiating with customers for opportunity maximization with good relationship.
- Analyzing data and turn into actions for company’s profitability.
- Analyzing market trends and sales performance to find overall improvement to be competitive in the market.
- Making regular store visits following the route plan to ensure effective implementation. For example, checking FIFO (First-In & First-Out) at the store level to avoid aging stock.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Modern trade / Traditional Trade Channel or experience in managing distributors and direct accounts.
- Experience in FMCG industry / Stationary Category is a must.
- Strong sells skills combine with excellent negotiation skills.
- Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
