Are you an experienced Finance leader looking for a role that combines industrial finance, international exposure, transformation and AI-driven process improvement?
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Supply Chain to play a key role in strengthening and transforming our Supply Chain Finance organization across EMEA and APAC.
This is a high-impact position combining a broad regional mandate with direct responsibility for the finance function of our Beauvais manufacturing site. You will work across manufacturing and Distribution & Transportation operations, partner with international Finance teams, and help shape more standardized, efficient and forward-looking ways of working.
Your Role
Drive Finance Transformation Across EMEA & APAC
You will lead initiatives to improve the way Finance operates across multiple manufacturing sites and Distribution & Transportation activities.
You will:
- Drive the alignment and standardization of financial processes across EMEA and APAC.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build stronger Finance capabilities across the region through structured training, coaching and best-practice sharing.
- Partner closely with Finance colleagues across EMEA and APAC as well as U.S. corporate FP&A and Costing/Supply Finance teams.
- Promote consistent methodologies, reporting standards and ways of working across geographies.
- Act as an influencer and change leader across a complex international organization.
Lead Finance for Our Beauvais Manufacturing Site
Alongside your regional responsibilities, you will take direct Finance responsibility for our Beauvais plant.
Your priorities will include:
- Strengthening financial processes, discipline and governance.
- Improving forecast accuracy and reliability.
- Developing the capabilities of the site Finance team.
- Building a deeper understanding of manufacturing operations and their key cost drivers.
- Acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner to plant leadership.
- Managing one Finance team member directly, while maintaining a dotted-line relationship with an additional controller supporting Beauvais and Facel.
What You Bring
You are an experienced Finance professional who combines strong industrial expertise with the ability to transform, influence and develop others.
Ideally, you bring:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting or Controlling.
- Solid experience in industrial controlling and/or Supply Chain Finance.
- Experience working within an international and ideally multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting and financial closing.
- Previous exposure to Finance transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing and developing people.
- A genuine interest in automation, AI and the future of Finance.
- The ability to influence stakeholders across countries and functions, including colleagues outside your direct reporting line.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor and the ability to prioritize in a complex environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a real interest in coaching and knowledge sharing.
Languages
- Fluent English is essential, as you will operate in an international environment and collaborate extensively across EMEA, APAC and the U.S.
- French is required for the local responsibilities attached to the Beauvais site.
Why This Role?
This is much more than a traditional plant controlling position.
You will have the opportunity to combine hands-on manufacturing finance leadership in Beauvais with a strategic regional transformation mandate across EMEA and APAC.
You will help improve how Finance teams work, build stronger controller capabilities, drive standardization and explore how AI and automation can create smarter and more efficient Finance processes.
If you enjoy connecting Finance, manufacturing, transformation and technology while working in a truly international environment, this could be the right next step for you.
Travel: Occasional travel across EMEA and APAC sites is required.
