Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Lead to drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role will play a key part in providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in Power BI to analyze and visualize financial data effectively. This role will focus on supporting the assigned Business Unit ensuring a comprehensive understanding of regional trends providing insights for business decisions.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis, with exposure to large-scale business month-end and planning processes.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating financial reporting across multiple countries.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive accountability.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and a proactive approach to meeting team and stakeholder needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at collaborating with diverse teams and global stakeholders to ensure data consistency and timely communication.
- Results-oriented with an ability to set clear goals and priorities and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Strong project and task management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A Function:
- Support in leading the FP&A function overseeing accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to improve financial processes and reporting methodologies.
- Oversee accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Stakeholder communication:
- Serve as a liaison between finance teams and stakeholders in the Latin America Region to ensure clear communication and understanding of financial deliverables.
- Provide guidance to Segment´s Finance & Commercial teams on ad-hoc financial inquiries.
- Provide analytical support and strategic insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Lead the preparation of a comprehensive reporting package. Own and enhance the financial reporting package, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
- Utilize Power BI to create dashboards ensuring data integrity, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior management. Ensuring data integrity
- Manage financial restatements, ensuring adjustments are properly accounted for and aligned with corporate guidelines
- Proactive process improvement:
- Anticipate challenges and drive proactive initiatives to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
- Champion the sales walk process by creating efficient tools and establishing standardized procedures. Providing clear insights into business performance and key drivers
- Sales Walk Champion. Lead the preparation and analysis of Sales Walks, providing.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team on inquiries related to category evolution, key initiative performance metrics, and financial modeling for the Kitchen Business Unit
- Oversee the marketing investment process by understanding and coordinating inputs, managing non-cluster expenses, and updating forecasts to align with agreed plans.
