🎯 Position Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality after-sales technical service by managing the warranty process, reviewing returned products, and controlling parts and accessories inventory.
This position plays a key role in product evaluation, warranty validation, and technical review of defective units, ensuring efficient resource management and achievement of financial targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
🚀 Key Responsibilities

Review, inspect, and technically evaluate returned and defective products to determine warranty validity and proper disposition (repair, replacement, reclassification, or scrap).

Manage and administer the warranty portal, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.

Control and document defective product returns, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Classify returned products for inventory purposes based on technical evaluation.

Coordinate order processing from service centers through invoicing and dispatch.

Provide technical support and order status updates to service centers.

Participate in demand forecast meetings to support parts and accessories planning.

Support RTRN and P&A IDR SOA processes.

🎓 Qualifications

Associate Degree (2 years) with at least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, after-sales service, or technical repair.

1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Technical Service environments.
Preferred:

Experience working with SAP.

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
