About the role
We are seeking an initiative-taking and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Botany, NSW. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys supporting a busy marketing function and working across a variety of brands, products, and campaigns.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Sunbeam, you will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support across local marketing execution, new product launches, promotional activity, and daily operations for our kitchen brands.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, administration, or coordinator role (graduate candidates welcome)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing systems, social media platforms, or design tools is an advantage
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
- Structured in prioritising administration tasks to meet deadlines with accuracy.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Local Marketing Execution Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across brands and product categories
- Maintain brand documentation, templates, and shared marketing folders
- Update presentations, trackers, and planning documents
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain A&P budget trackers
- Coordinate marketing samples, including ordering and delivery
- Support marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities
New Product Development (NPD) Launch Support
- Assist with coordinating product information for new and existing items, including raising precisions and provas
- Prepare and maintain SKU lists, product trackers, and basic reporting
- Ensure product information is accurate, organised, and kept up to date
Promotional & POS Support
- Assist with the coordination of promotional activity, POS, and customer-facing materials
- Support the execution of promotions, seasonal activity, and basic activations
- Provide support for social media and PR activity, including coordination with external agencies
Office & Team Support
- Coordinate logistics for office meetings, events, and team celebrations
- Assist with maintaining office facilities
