Als Trade Marketing Specialist implementeer je het marketingplan voor de merken Campingaz en Coleman, met een focus op de Benelux. Je werkt nauw samen met het EMEA Regional Marketing team in Duitsland en lokale salesteams, en onderhoudt direct contact met belangrijke klanten en PR-, communicatie- en POS-bureaus. Je komt terecht in een team van twee personen en draagt ​​bij aan de groei en het succes van de merken.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• U itvoeren en evalueren van het jaarlijkse Benelux marketingplan in samenwerking met de Trade Marketing Manager en de bedrijfsstrategie.

• Samenwerken met andere EMEA-kantoren en externe bureaus om te zorgen voor een correcte implementatie van promoties, PR, consumentenacties, demonstraties in de winkel, gesponsorde deals, enz.

• Beheren van de content database en de beeldbank.

• Beheren van correcte implementatie van het point-of-sale (POS)-materiaal in de winkels, in samenwerking met het EMEA POS-materiaalteam en het verkoopteam.

• Beheren van onze websites in directe coördinatie met de internationale webmaster in Frankfurt, evenals de websites van onze retailers. Zorgdragen voor de nauwkeurigheid van productinformatie en creatie van merkpagina´s, banners, enz.

• Beheren van evenementen, klantbezoeken in de showroom en de beschikbaarheid en levering van samples.

• Controleren van vertalingen in het Nederlands voor marketingmaterialen.

• Deelnemen aan beurzen en consumentenevenementen.

Wat je hebt
Minimaal:

• Bachelor diploma in marketing of een bedrijfskundig vakgebied

• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (geschreven en gesproken).

• Aantoonbare ervaring in marketingfuncties, bij voorkeur in de buiten-, tuin-, sport-, duurzame producten of gerelateerde consumentenproducten.

• Ervaring met alle elementen van de marketingmix, met een sterke focus op trade marketing.

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je effectief kunt communiceren met een divers, multifunctioneel team met verschillende achtergronden, verspreid over verschillende locaties en nationaliteiten.

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

Job Summary:

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will manage the implementation of the Marketing Plan for Campingaz and Coleman brands, focusing the Benelux region. You will work closely with the EMEA Regional Marketing team in Germany and local Sales Teams, while interacting directly with key customers and PR, Communication, and POS agencies. You will join a team of two, contributing to the growth and success of the brands.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:  
 

• Execute and measure the annual Benelux marketing plan in conjunction with the Trade Marketing Manager input and company strategy.
• Work with other EMEA offices and 3rd party agencies to ensure a correct implementation of advertising, PR, consumer promotions, instore demonstrations, sponsored deals etc.
• Participate in the management of product content database and image library.
• Manage the correct deployment of the point of sales (POS) material in stores, in partnership with the EMEA POS material Team and the sales team.
• Run our websites (updates, animations, traffic, etc.) in direct coordination with the international webmaster based in Frankfurt, as well as our retailers’ websites. Ensure the accuracy of product information and participate in the creation of brand corners, banners, etc.
• Participate in the management of events, customers’ visits in the showroom, and samples availability and deliveries.
• Review translations in local language for marketing collateral and materials.
• Attends trade fairs and consumer events.

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field
• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in local Marketing Position, preferably in Outdoor, Garden, Sports, Durables, or related consumer products
• Experience in all Marketing Mix Elements with strong focus on Trade Marketing.
• Outstanding communication skills, being able to effectively communicate with a diverse multi-functional team with different personal backgrounds across different locations and nationalities.
