Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Senior Manager, International Supply Chain Integration, you will act as the strategic link between Central Supply Chain and Newell’s business segments, ensuring that manufacturing and distribution capabilities are embedded in business and product strategies. You’ll represent the voice of operations in cross-functional discussions, particularly around new product development and strategic planning. You’ll work independently, while collaborating closely with plant managers and international supply chain stakeholders.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business and supply chain strategies, ensuring manufacturing and distribution capabilities are considered from the outset in the key business activities
  • Represent manufacturing and distribution operations in cross-functional meetings related to strategy and new product development.
  • Build strong relationships with plant managers, supply chain leaders, and senior stakeholders across functions (incl. Marketing, Finance, R&D) .
  • Drive unified execution of strategic initiatives by championing the alignment between business segments and Global Supply Chain.
  • Champion operational readiness in innovation and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Assist in cost optimisation efforts through VAVE/COVE and providing communication and activity coordination.
  • Support S&OP processes, identifying risks and ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Promote collaboration and accountability, by providing clarification of roles and responsibilities across teams.
  • Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve supply chain performance.

 

 

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain roles, including manufacturing leadership.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional programme or project management.
  • Experience with P&L ownership and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) and strategic sourcing.
  • Willing to travel internationally approx. 20% of the time.
