Your Role in a Nutshell 

As an FP&A Manager, you will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Home & Commercial segment, ensuring financial visibility and alignment. You will partner with regional finance and brand teams to deliver performance insights and support decision-making.

Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing to track performance, evaluate A&P investments, and assess ROI. The role involves translating financial results into actionable insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving governance, process improvements, and standardization, with regular exposure to senior leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key finance business partner to US-based segment teams, ensuring alignment and delivery across assigned brands.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews, analysing variances, key P&L drivers, and trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support analysis on category performance, innovation, and segment modelling to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Manage monthly forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accuracy across revenue, margins, and key metrics.
  • Review regional submissions to ensure consistency, completeness, and data integrity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement actions.
  • Support annual planning by translating segment targets into cluster-level financial inputs.
  • Own A&P forecasting, including tracking, phasing, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Evaluate A&P spend and ROI in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Drive improvements in reporting, dashboards, and FP&A processes, leveraging tools such as Power BI and automation.
  • Lead and develop analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and capability building.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum:

  • CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent Qualification
  • Experience in FP&A, business partnering, or commercial finance, planning, forecasting, and month-end close
  • Solid understanding of P&L drivers (revenue, margin, A&P)
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
