Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Senior Manager, Corporate Security, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of corporate security operations across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will ensure the protection of personnel, assets, and operations through strategic oversight of security systems, incident response, business continuity planning, investigations, travel security, executive protection, security training, and supply chain security. You will be part of a Global Security Team of four.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Security Systems Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of access control and CCTV systems across regional sites; collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure system integration, cybersecurity compliance, and operational efficiency; and manage vendor relationships and service contracts for security technology.
- Incident Management: Lead the regional response to security incidents, ensuring timely investigation, documentation, and resolution; develop and maintain incident reporting protocols and escalation procedures; and coordinate with local authorities and internal stakeholders during critical events.
- Business Continuity: Develop and implement business continuity and crisis management plans tailored to regional risks; conduct regular risk assessments and scenario-based exercises; and ensure alignment with global continuity strategies and compliance with local regulations.
- Investigations: Conduct and oversee internal investigations related to theft, fraud, misconduct, and other security-related matters; maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout investigative processes; and liaise with legal, HR, and compliance teams as needed.
- Travel Security: Monitor global and regional travel risks and provide guidance to traveling employees; implement travel security protocols and emergency support systems; and coordinate with travel management and third-party providers for secure travel arrangements.
- Executive Protection: Plan and execute executive protection strategies for senior leadership during travel and high-risk engagements; conduct threat assessments and site advance planning; and manage third-party executive protection resources while ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Security Training: Develop and deliver security awareness and emergency response training programs; tailor training to regional cultural and operational contexts; and promote a proactive security culture across all levels of the organization.
- Supply Chain Security: Assess and mitigate risks across the regional supply chain, including logistics hubs and vendor operations; collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure secure practices; and implement monitoring and audit mechanisms for high-risk supply routes.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated progressive experience in corporate security and/or government or public sector security roles, preferably within multinational environments.
- Proven management experience, including overseeing employees, businesses, budgets, and projects.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, incident management, and international risk landscapes.
- Fluent in English and another European language (French or German preferred)
- Willing to travel internationally 30% of time, including trips on a short notice.
