Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support the Outdoor & Recreation businesses (incl. Coleman, Campingaz) in achieving their commercial and financial targets in France and Benelux. As part of a nine-person team, you will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of analysis and reporting processes. You will be identifying areas for enhancement and increasing coordination efficiency among various stakeholders.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly invoiced sales, gross to net, and gross margin performance analysis across sub-segments, sales regions, and business channels. Provide supporting commentary for the leadership team.
As the key-user and key-contact of the Infocom tool for the French market, prepare and validate the reporting from Infocom. - Provide the “Control Report” to the commissioners and validate the accuracy of the data.
- Co-responsible for the delivery of country and customer sales forecasts, estimates, budgets and risk and opportunities, including gross to net.
- Prepare monthly accruals related to the Infocom reconciliation.
- Validate monthly gross to net accruals for O&R France & Benelux.
- Be able to support commercial team in Pricing request. (understand the specificities of the French pricing structure)
- Coordinate the cycle of collecting Sales Regions key customer programs to generate accurate reserves.
What You’ll NeedN
Minimum:
- Master’s in finance or data sciences with a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position (including internship or “alternance” in France)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills.
- Fluent in French & English (writing and speaking).
