Contract type: 5 month FIXED TERM contract, full time
Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
In this operative position as a Brand Development Assistant Manager at MAPA Professional, you will play a crucial role in updating the packaging for protective gloves to comply with new international regulations. You will work closely with the technical and packaging teams within marketing team to ensure product compliance. You will be responsible for managing projects including multiple product references, ensuring timely updates to trade and sales teams, and following up with production to ensure timely delivery of products in accordance with new regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as project coordinator for the recertification, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution of key deliverables
- Update packaging materials to reflect country-specific regulatory changes resulting from the recertification process
- Coordinate verification steps with the relevant departments and ensure smooth follow-up of product switches
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Experience in project management and marketing
- Ability to work efficiently within a large team and collaborate with different departments
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and time management skills including proven experience in managing priorities and building solid recommendations
- Proactivity, rigor, autonomy and positive mindset as well as attention to detail
Your advantage:

- Understanding of regulatory environment and restrictions relating to PPE products
