Shift 3 (c): Night Shift Monday- Thursday 6:30 PM- 5:30am

The Distribution Productivity Administrator will be responsible for assisting in daily reporting of Warehouse Operations. This role will report to the PEAK Manager and will work side by side with Operations Team Members. There will be the occasional production floor work associated with the role for high volume work demands.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run Daily, Weekly, Monthly Labor Management Reports for GDC.

  • Data Scrub within LMS system and communicate with Leads to ensure employees are on track.

  • Assist in adding New hires to warehouse systems and removing or editing roles as needed.

  • Data Reporting for PEAK system owners.

  • Administrative support for PEAK & Productivity projects.

  • Identifying area of focus to improve operational processes and overall productivity.

  • Weekly/Monthly updates/check ins with Leads/Supervisors.

 

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Familiar with MS Office software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (basic), Publisher and Outlook.

  • Familiar with PEAK (continuous improvement) and analyzing data to solve problems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to self-manage and self-start on projects, able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity/changing priorities.

  • Consistently demonstrates prompt, regular and reliable attendance.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school education and/or professional certification in management or administrative support

  • At least 6 months prior experience in distribution/ warehouse environment.

  • Self-starter, well organized, able to work both independently and as a team member and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage time, and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.

  • Must maintain high level of confidentiality for user information and data. Labor management tracking is not to be discussed with associates level.

 

CLIMATE:
Fast-paced team environment with constant interruptions, quick communications regarding business goals, extensive short-term planning based on established/changing priorities, ongoing problem solving, and some irregular hours required. Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during workday.
