Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will drive the progress of our projects throughout the organisation from initiation through delivery for brands Parker, Waterman, rOtring and DYMO.
In this role, you will be coordinating resources, schedules, and project deliverables, all while ensuring the cross-functional team is on track.

You will work independently, while being part of a multicultural team of 12 people spread over EMEA and USA.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a clear internal communication plan to keep all teams informed and supportive of internal processes.

  • Collect data regularly to assess project goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress.

  • Manage the project schedule and promote teamwork across different departments.

  • Organise and oversee tasks with various teams to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.

  • Maintain contact with stakeholders, managing resources for unified project direction.

  • Develop and refine processes to improve teamwork, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Lead specific projects in support of Brand teams.

  • Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables, and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders (internal, external, and global) to gain their support and required resources.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet business and marketing objectives.

 

 

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)

  • Experience in product development marketing roles, including managing marketing plans across various touchpoints

  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into strategies and plans.

  • Solid understanding of pricing strategies.

  • Experience with new product launches, from concept to market success.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
