Job Summary:
- As Newell Responsible Sourcing program has evolved, the team is transforming from “auditor” to “Improvement Facilitator” with the focus on supplier development in the areas of social, labor, human right, environmental, and sustainability performance and supply chain security in the global supply chain.

Job Duties:
- Perform supplier RS audits, post-audit verification & unannounced visits at all active vendors (prioritize work at DI, key, single source and strategic suppliers across all business units), follow specific direction of manager on workload / roles and responsibilities; use and deploy best techniques & tools while conducting post-audit verification & unannounced visits.
- Arrange & coordinate SCAN audits to the active suppliers and follow up their CAPA process; upload SCAN audit reports onto Cosmo system.
- Work closely with team manager and functional units within RS team to ensure a streamlined work process, use proper and updated assessment tools to strive best actionable summary verification report that can be recognized and used by vendors and internal teams.
- Onboard new vendors upon request of business teams with historical audit reports shared by stakeholders or follow specific direction of team manager on source of reports.
- Work and support team manager to manage performances of service providers (quality of works) upon request.
- Work and support data management & enablement teams to provide updates to business units with actionable remediation plan / capacity building plan / vendor performance summary report.
- Other undefined duties fall under vendor resilience team.
Job Requirements:
- College or above (Engineering or Business Preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of working experiences supporting factories on social, labor, human right, H&S compliance performance improvement in the global supply chain. (SCS/SCAN experiences would be an important part).
- Social compliance and/or responsible sourcing program management experiences
- 3 - 5 years of project management experience with tracking records;
- Knowledge/experience involving production process, (Management system, production process, HR management, etc.)
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and make right decision based on facts
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Necessary English communication skills, both oral and in written
- Know data management and control.
