JOB OVERVIEW:

The SQA Engineer, reporting to the SQA Director. Propose ideas, assist and execute the design, development, and optimization of quality dashboards. And also involve to assist SQA Director on developing standardized quality processes, driving continuous improvement in quality performance.

JOB DUTIES:

• Support forming quality dashboards according to instructions from SQA Director / Manager.
• Execute assigned projects with SQE and QA to enhance supplier quality performance.
• Validate the data for measurements of quality metrics are accurate.
• Execute assigned projects of utilizing technology and AI in supporting the SQA function.
• Assist SQA Management on data collection and integration.
• Compose documents for standardizing quality procedures and processes under instruction of SQA Management.
• Routinely maintain quality documentation system to ensure records of documents are accurate and all documents are in latest versions.
• Conduct internal audit, especially on the areas of implementing standardized quality procedures and processes.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to arrange reviews of lessons learnt or other sharing or trainings of best practice to be conducted by SQA Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, supplier quality, or a related field.
• Experience of quality management system and ISO standards.
• Good analytical and problem-resolving skills.
• Good coordination skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of advanced technologies and AI in quality management.
• Good Chinese communication & conveying abilities.
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong email / document / procedure / report / data spread sheet / presentation writing skills.
• Travel Required: 5%
