About the Role:

 

We are looking for a versatile Designer to support digital content creation across our portfolio of consumer brands. This role will work closely with the design team and broader merchandising and marketing teams to adapt existing creative assets for a variety of retail and eCommerce applications.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating consumer-facing content that aligns to brand standards. You’ll contribute to seasonal launches, digital campaigns, and sell-in materials, helping to ensure design excellence across channels. While not responsible for concept development or new photo shoots, this role plays a critical part in production, adaptation, and digital execution.

You’ll use tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to bring creative to life, and Jira to manage workload and timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Adapt existing creative assets for retailer.com, social media, email, and internal sales tools
  • Support layout, resizing, cropping, and optimization of images in accordance with channel specifications
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and voice across content types
  • Partner with the CMD Design directors to review work, manage timelines, and prioritize competing requests
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, eComm, and sales for alignment
  • Track and complete tasks using Jira and contribute to creative file organization in Figma
  • Support video editing or animation tasks as needed (basic proficiency)
  • Contribute to QA processes for content accuracy, image quality, and brand compliance
  • Develop drive period activity content creation for top online retailers by creating net new banner ads and other DSP required creatives.
  • Develop retailer brand store creatives
  • Manage junior design contractor

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

  • University degree or college diploma in graphic design, art or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Comfort adapting creative direction based on feedback from stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with others in a fast-paced environment

 

Bonus Qualities:

  • Experience working in a consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce environment
  • Familiarity with structured content systems (e.g. Salsify, PIMs)
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects)

 

The New Jersey base pay range for this position is from $94,300 to $115,300. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
