The Omni Enablement team is a critical part of Newell Brands, focused on driving operational excellence, digital shelf readiness, and best-in-class consumer experiences across our retail partners. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Digital Merchandising to lead a team responsible for global new item setup, content syndication, and digital merchandising operations supporting Newell’s portfolio of brands.
This role requires a strong operational leader who can effectively manage day-to-day execution while driving process discipline, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a strong background managing complex digital merchandising workflows, timelines, and project execution through Jira and related project management tools.
How You’ll Contribute to Newell’s Success
- Lead and develop a team responsible for global new item setup and maintenance across retailer and syndication platforms
- Manage the execution and prioritization of digital merchandising projects and workflows within Jira
- Ensure timely, accurate, and retailer-ready product content to support on-time launches and customer commitments
- Oversee product content syndication and retailer onboarding activities across major retail and marketplace partners including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, and other key customers and vendor management platforms
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, and IT teams to support innovation launches and digital shelf readiness
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, workflow optimization, and strong project governance
- Maintain high standards for data accuracy, content quality, and execution against timelines
- Support continuous improvement of digital merchandising capabilities, tools, and ways of working
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Ecommerce, Digital Merchandising, Content Operations, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital merchandising, content syndication, ecommerce operations, or related disciplines
- Proven experience managing teams and complex operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Strong hands-on experience with systems including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salsify, Syndigo, Stibo, Workfront, and Jira
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and timeline management
- Experience supporting product launches and retailer onboarding within CPG, consumer durables, or retail environments preferred
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive accountability across teams
The New Jersey base pay range for this position is from $127,300 to $175,100. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.
