Job Summary:

 

The Productivity Manager will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs across the North America supply chain. This role will lead select strategic initiatives aimed at driving network-wide savings, while also supporting and facilitating ideation sessions at manufacturing plants and distribution centers.

 

In addition, the Productivity Manager will help develop and implement standardized processes to improve productivity throughout the network. The role will collaborate closely with senior operations leaders to support the preparation and facilitation of monthly Regional and Global Supply Chain review presentations.

 

This position offers high visibility, the opportunity to shape key decisions, and a meaningful role in advancing continuous improvement across the organization.

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Drive process standardization for identifying and delivering productivity across the supply chain operations network.
  • Lead and/or support productivity ideation sessions with manufacturing and distribution sites to surface and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct total cost analyses, financial assessments, and feasibility studies to support strategic manufacturing and distribution initiatives.
  • Prepare scenario modeling and business case documentation to inform leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate across sites and departments to identify and implement productivity and cost-out opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
  • Provide analytical support for demand and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate and support monthly Global Supply Chain presentations, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with strategic messaging.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in manufacturing and/or distribution.
  • Experience in central supply chain function or leadership role is desired.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Experience managing projects with budget, timing, and resource alignment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau, including custom data visualization programming.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams to achieve results.
  • 25% - 50% travel.

 

Preferred:

 

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
  • Working knowledge of continuous improvement including TPM, Lean, and DMAIC
  • SAP Experience
