The Senior Finance Manager, Operations FP&A, plays a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities related to the global supply chain organization. This individual will be responsible for leading the financial close process, overseeing gross-to-net productivity reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive operational and organizational performance for designated business units. The role requires a results-driven finance professional who demonstrates technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, goals and objectives, reconciliations, and financial analysis for designated reporting units.
  • Manage the reporting of global gross-to-net productivity, ensuring the development and execution of robust and consistent supply chain finance processes.
  • Analyze and report on financial results and forecasts, providing timely insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate information is available to supply chain leadership, corporate management, and segment executives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports generated by the supply chain finance team.
  • Oversee the standard cost budgeting process and organizational change management for assigned reporting units.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, tax regulations, internal audit standards, and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Offer coaching and professional development to members of the broader operations finance team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence decision-making across diverse functional teams.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in the consumer products industry is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Hyperion/SmartView and SAP is highly desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
