The Senior Analyst is an individual contributor supporting AI enablement across the Supply Chain. This role focuses on data analysis, process understanding, and analytical support for AI use case identification, prioritization, and delivery. The Senior Analyst partners with sites, functions, and cross-functional teams to translate operational challenges into data-driven insights that inform AI solutions aligned with Newell’s productivity and digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and supply chain data to support AI use case identification and prioritization
- Conduct and support DILO studies and process mapping activities to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities
- Develop analytical outputs including dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision-making
- Support preparation of business cases, value hypotheses, and benefit estimates for AI initiatives
- Learn and develop expertise to execute (LPO) Lean Process Optimization (which is a form of process mapping) evaluations of use cases as prioritized from the AI Supply Chain Ops Sub-Committee
- Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization for deployed AI use cases
- Collaborate with IT, Data Science, and business partners to support data readiness and analytical requirements
- Develop documentation, user guides, and analytical reference materials to support enablement efforts
- Collaborate with functional team and peers to support the development and continuous improvement of AI Acceleration Office standards, analytical approaches, templates, and execution practices, incorporating lessons learned from active use cases
- Ensure analytical work complies with Responsible AI, data privacy, and governance standards
- Travel to sites and functions as required (estimated 30–40%) to support delivery and enablement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations analytics, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Foundational understanding of AI, analytics, and decision-support tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions
- Experience with continuous improvement projects and/or operational excellence programs

- Contribution to AI use case identification, evaluation, and value tracking
