Job Responsibilities:

To perform daily plant wide inspection and follow-up to ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and company’s policies/ procedures related to Environment, Safety and Health.
To conduct HSE training and briefing to existing and new employees to create awareness among staff.
To review JSA and HIRAC for all related activities.
To coordinate, analyze and follow-up the incident reporting.
To plan and carry out the performance monitoring program in compliance with DOSH and DOE requirements.
To involve in accident/ incident investigation and report preparation.
Will lead emergency response team and to respond and provide assistant to all emergency situations.
To involve in the evaluation of any project to ensure all related safety requirements comply.
To manage security guard team to meet the company’s requirements.
To monitor all CCTV performance and liaison with contractors for any CCTV issues.
Assist HSE Manager to review company ESH policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
To perform any related tasks as per instructed by HSE Manager.
