Main Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement projects (PEAK) focused on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and cost optimization.
• Analyze maintenance data and identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities to reduce machine breakdowns and downtime.
• Drive implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for recurring equipment issues.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
• Develop and standardize maintenance procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor project progress, quantify savings, and present improvement results to management.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives within the maintenance function.
• Manage (SEAL), maintenance department's Health and Safety matters in line with Corporate's guidelines.
