Position title:  Preventative Maintenance, Consumer & Commercial Solutions Division

Job Responsibilities – Preventative Maintenance:  Blowing out Machines with compressed air, misc maintenance tasks.

• Troubleshoot nature of problem with production equipment, research and order necessary parts or supplies for repair or fabrication needs.
• Design and fabricate parts or fixtures to enhance productivity or safety on production line.
• Assess quality of product after repair or fabrication is completed and in service.
• Demonstrate proficiency with hand tools, grinders, saws, measuring equipment, and welding equipment.

Demonstrate proficiency with operation of material handling equipment; forklift, barrel hooks, dollies, and hoists.

 Minimum Requirements – High School education/G.E.D.  The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide to verify quantities for production.

Preferred Requirements –   Employee lifts/carries 10 pounds constantly (67% of the time or over 500 times/day.)

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards/requirements.
• Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards/requirements.
• Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.
