The Company representative hereby acknowledges the following as valid job specific tests:Job Specific Test I         Candidate will lift and lower a loaded 75# NIOSH box from the floor to 36” (simulating lifting jammed boxes) for 3 repetitions demonstrating good object control.Job Specific Test II       Candidate will demonstrate ability to push for 5 feet and then pull for 5 feet a sled loaded with weight that requires 100# force (measured on force gauge) to start momentum of the task 1x demonstrating safe performance.Job Specific Test III      Candidate will lift and lower a 10# NIOSH box from 12” height to a 60” height 25 repetitions  per minute for 5 minutes using good body mechanics and safe object control.Job Specific Test IV       Candidate will lift and lower a 60# loaded NIOSH box from 12” to 44” 5x within 15 minutes demonstrating good object control.The Company representative hereby acknowledges the following as valid physical requirements:1.  Employee lifts/carries 75 pounds occasionally (less than 33% of the time or 1-100 times/day.)2.  Employee lifts/carries 60 pounds frequently (34-66% of the time or 100-500 times/day.)3.  Employee lifts/carries 10 pounds constantly (67-100% of the time or over 500 times/day.)4.  Employee’s position requires pushing a maximum force of 100 pounds.5.  Employee’s position requires pulling a maximum force of 100 pounds.
