Specific Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

General Responsibilities

• Service Center Network Support
• End Consumer Care
• Legal Clamis Responsible
• Report to After Sales Leader Parú on area related tasks

Service Center Network Support 

• Salesforce Platform Management and Maintenance Responsible.
• Monitor the rok with Master Services and ensure expedite cases resolution.
• Service Center Audits Reports.

End Consumer Care

• Call Center support and assistance control.
• Call Center Cases follow up and escalations.
• Service Center Cases follow up. And escalations.
• Supports ecommerce area on Product Exchenge Process.
• Social Network Claims Follow up and Resolution.

Legal Claims Support

• Legal Claims Cases Investigation and Resolution.
• Support After Sales Leader and local and corporate lawyers on legal cases closure.

Administrative 

• Call Center Cases Reporting.
• Support After Sales Leader on area related reports.

Experience & Qualifications

• Amdnistration and/or Technical degree or 5 years of equivalent experience on similar technical position.
• 10 years in previous similar After Sales position.
• Working application of Excel for tracking and control and Word and Power Point for reporting purposes. SAP or similar system knowledge is desired.
• Intermediate English.
• Analytical, problem solving and good communication skills.
• Outstanding follow up and follow through capabilities.
• Ability to plan work on a daily basis, work independently with little supervision.
