International Marketing Manager, Brand Activation – Parker, Waterman, rOtring

Location: London (Hammersmith), Manchester area (Cheadle)

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As an International Marketing Manager, you will manage the portfolio of Parker, Waterman and rOtring brands across various markets in EMEA and APAC.

You will be focusing on optimizing marketing plans to meet financial targets and launching new products. Your role is to translate and implement global strategies for specific markets to drive business success by partnering with global brand teams.

You will be part of a dynamic team of seven people, working independently while collaborating with various international teams and stakeholders.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage category, innovation, and marketing activities for brands Parker, Waterman and rOtring within the EMEA and APAC regions, including new product development and localized packaging.
  • Develop regional annual marketing plans aligned with goals and priorities for the region.
  • Execute regional brand, distribution, and merchandising principles; develop and deploy selling decks.
  • Support delivery of the annual regional Brand Playbooks and adapt global creative assets for local implementation.
  • Conduct performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and execute consumer communications to drive purchase intent and enhance brand appeal.
  • Manage the regional A&P budget and utilize eCommerce data to improve omnichannel performance.
  • Track brand performance and adjust marketing strategies based on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and drive revenue sufficiency in market innovation.

 

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

  • Demonstrated experience in brand management and/or brand activation, or trade/channel management in retail and online platforms.
  • Experience in managing international assortment and pricing strategies, localizing global creative assets, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Nielsen, Circana, for business performance analysis.
  • Strong ability to leverage consumer insights and analytics to drive brand growth.

Your Advantage:

  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Previous experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or luxury categories.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and innovation management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
