Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As an International Marketing Manager, you will focus on managing projects related to new product development and management across the EMEA and APAC regions. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of iconic brands called Everyday Writing (EDW), which includes Sharpie, PaperMate, Elmer’s, Prismacolor, Berol, Reynolds, and Expo. You’ll be working independently while being part of a dynamic, collaborative team of 6 people.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

NPD & Portfolio Management

  • Work closely with global brand teams to optimise the regional product portfolio, including new product development and localized packaging.
  • Optimise assortment strategies to align with regional market needs and innovation goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations while driving market innovation.

Other

  • Manage regional marketing plans, brand execution, and adaptation of global campaigns for local relevance.
  • Analyze brand performance, ROI, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop consumer communications and leverage eCommerce data to enhance omnichannel engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly store checks and ensure alignment with merchandising and distribution principles.

 

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

  • Proven experience in brand or trade/channel management within FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Durables sector
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Proficiency in business analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
  • Experience managing international portfolios and localising global strategies.
