Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As an eCommerce Supply Chain Assistant, you will support managing the relationships with Amazon in EMEA.
Your goal is to build on this momentum with supply chain operations, sales, and profit gains across the company’s biggest categories.
You will be part of a dynamic, international eCommerce team and work with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Customer Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Supply Chain.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day eCommerce supply chain operations under the guidance of your manager and team leads.
- Assist in tracking customer KPIs and preparing reports to help drive growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of joint business plans (JBP) by gathering data and coordinating inputs.
- Monitor stock levels to help compile forecasts to support product availability and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to prepare schedule for new product launches and promotions.
- Assist in preparing contingency plans for supply disruptions and peak periods by collecting relevant information.
- Support financial planning activities by organizing data for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews.
- Help analyse supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in data collection and reporting to support leaner and more sustainable operations.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; internship experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of supply chain and e-commerce operations; comfortable working with data and KPI metrics
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Very good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Quick to learn and able to apply new skills effectively in a fast-paced environment
