Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As an eCommerce Supply Chain Associate you will handle the relationships with Amazon in EMEA.
Your goal is to build on this momentum with supply chain operations, sales, and profit gains across the company’s biggest categories.
You will be part of a dynamic, international eCommerce team and work with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Customer Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Supply Chain.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership and handling end-to-end eCommerce supply chain operations, supporting customer KPIs to drive growth.
- Support your manager in building long-term joint business plans (JBP) to unlock sustainable growth.
- Monitor stock in trade and provide demand forecasts to ensure product availability.
- Improve order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Partner with internal supply chain stakeholders to ensure reliable and scalable shipping solutions.
- Align on launch of new products (NPD) and promotions on time in coordination with marketing and content teams.
- Assist on the contingency plans for supply disruptions, promotional spikes, and peak periods.
- Deliver yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial targets through effective planning.
- Analyse business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Continuously analyse supply chain data to drive faster, leaner, and more sustainable operations.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Proven hands-on experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, or customer service, ideally within the e-commerce sector
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Quick to learn and able to apply new skills effectively in a fast-paced environment
