Reports to: Senior Finance Manager UK&I and eCommerce FP&A

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Financial Analyst, you will support the UK&I and eCommerce clusters across all Newell consumer brands.
You will support the preparation of financial reports, the budgeting and reforecasting processes, and the analysis of financial data. Your responsibilities also include handling UK&I overheads and Advertising & Promotions financial processes.
You will collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, HR, Commercial Finance and the regional FP&A team by providing analysis and insightful commentary on monthly results, budgets, and forecast planning.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Cluster Financial Timetable of monthly and annual deliverables
- Assist with month-end delivery, variance analysis, and ensure timely, high-quality submissions to the regional FP&A team
- Contribute to forecasting processes including pulse, estimate, and budget cycles
- Maintain and support performance trackers and KBI dashboards
- Support monthly external reporting (Monthly Business Reviews / Country Letters)
- Provide standardised monthly P&L reporting to Sales Teams
- Deliver PBI reporting support and assist with sales bonus tracking and payout calculations
- Handle overheads and A&P budgets, including business partnering and tracker maintenance
- Conduct ad-hoc commercial analysis (full P&L) and participate in process improvement projects
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Accounting qualification ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar (or be a finalist – support provided for ongoing training)
- Demonstrated finance-related experience and analytical capabilities
- Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with PowerBI dashboards
