Location: Machester area (Cheadle)

Reports to: Senior Manager, UK&I Cluster Marketing (Kitchen and Home Appliances)

Your Role and Team in a Nutshell

As the Marketing Manager, Brand Activation, you will lead the product portfolio and marketing strategy for our Kitchen brands – Sistema, Spontex and Contingo. You will keep our brands front of mind with consumers by shaping compelling 'go to market' plans and ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will bring insight-led strategies to life and deliver best-in-class commercial activation.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

 

Your Key Tasks as UK&I Cluster Marketing Manager

  • Lead product portfolio strategy by collaborating with regional teams, insights, category development and sales to meet consumer, shopper and retailer needs.
  • Translate regional guidelines into clear pricing, positioning and value propositions for priority brands.
  • Own yearly go to market tactics including new product development, brand campaigns, media planning and in-store activation.
  • Manage brand activation budgets and bring plans to life through clear and engaging storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency by adapting regional playbooks and overseeing creation of media, displays and promotional materials.
  • Deliver strong in-store execution, managing timelines, deliverables and approvals for all activation.
  • Lead perfect launch processes across new product development and campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with demand teams to support availability ahead of activation uplift.
  • Provide leadership to direct reports, fostering a high-performing, positive and growth-focused team culture.

 

What You Will Need

Minimum:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy and cross-functional influence in large organization in FMCG or CPG sector
  • Strong analytical skills, including use of tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyse and translate syndicated data and measures (e.g. NPD, Nielsen/Nitro, IRI, Consumer Panel, Spectra etc.).
  • Willing to travel 20- 30% of the time
