Your Role and Team in a Nutshell
As Senior Manager, International Marketing, you will shape the future of the Home Fragrance category across key European markets, leading the international marketing strategy for iconic brands including Yankee Candle, WoodWick and Chesapeake Bay. You will steer brand development across innovation, renovation and communication, using strong creative judgement to deliver impactful campaigns that drive growth. Turning strategy into action, you will set clear priorities and influence decision‑making as a trusted partner to cluster and country leadership. You will lead three direct reports and work collaboratively with global brand teams and regional partners across marketing, sales, finance and supply chain.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional brand positioning and portfolio strategy for the Home Fragrance category.
- Translate global strategy into effective regional and local marketing plans.
- Drive innovation input for the region, identifying growth opportunities and white spaces.
- Develop and deliver annual marketing plans and a clear three-year regional strategy.
- Guide assortment, pricing and promotional strategy in partnership with sales teams.
- Execute strong omnichannel and eCommerce commercialisation strategies.
- Manage budgets, resources and key performance indicators for the region.
- Provide data-driven insights and performance updates to global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across Europe.
What You’ll Need
Minimum
- Significant experience in brand management and marketing leadership in an international environment within consumer goods sector.
- Strong track record of driving innovation and category growth across multiple sales channels.
- Sound commercial understanding, including pricing, trade marketing and performance management.
- Prior P&L management experience including complexity reduction, launching innovation to drive revenue and managing for margin growth
