We are seeking a Sr. Production Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing schedules while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and develop production teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational and financial KPIs.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as OEE, Scrap, MUV, employee turnover, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate activities with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, and other support functions.
- Lead efforts to ensure compliance with ISO and FSC standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience managing production and financial performance metrics.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
