Specific Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

General Responsibilities

  • Service Center Network Support
  • End Consumer & Customer Care
  • Legal Clamis Support
  • Report to Devolution Supervisor on area related tasks
  • Defective Returns Credit Notes
  • SEAL

Service Center Network Support

  • Work directly with Service Centers and Master Services to expedite cases resolution for warranty
  • Record of activities made by CSTA
  • Record for service order made by CSTA
  • Support in training for service technicians (new products and line)
  • Salesforce Platform Management and Maintenance.
  • Service Center Audits.

End Consumer & Customer Care

  • Call Center support and assistance.
  • Call Center Cases support and follow up.
  • Service Center Cases support and follow up.
  • Supports ecommerce area on Product Exchenge Process.
  • Social Network Claims Support and resolution
  • Tracking the collection and receipt of physical warranty replacements from Service Centers and end customers.
  • Tracking to guides and routes  for the collection and delivery of physical replacements and spare parts.
  • Administrate inventory of spare parts and accessorie
  • Maintain monthly records of the IDR of physical changes
  • Maintain an updated report of each request for physical changes and verify KPIs

Defective Returns Credit Notes

  • Obtain costumer price product
  • Search costumer invoice according to the product´s cost
  • Create Credit Note in SAP and/or on the customer's online portal

Legal Claims Support

  • Legal Claims Cases Support.
  • Support After Sales Supervisor on legal cases investigation.

Administrative 

  • Call Center Cases Follow Up.
  • Support After Sales Supervisor on area related reports.
  • SEAL
  • Training and coaching

 Experience & Qualifications

  • Administration and/or Technical degree or 3 years of equivalent experience on similar technical position.
  • 3 years in previous similar After Sales position.
  • Working application of Excel for tracking and control and Word and Power Point for reporting purposes. SAP or similar system knowledge is desired.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Analytical, problem solving and good communication skills.
  • Outstanding follow up and follow through capabilities.
  • Ability to plan work on a daily basis, work independently with little supervision.
