Position Title:   Customer Marketing Coordinator (Writing)

The Customer Marketing role will lead and execute the customer strategy for Writing BU building local capabilities to make Newell a Partner & Supplier for our customer.

 

The Writing Customer Marketing Coordinator translates the Categories,  Brand strategies and plans defined by Marketing by Retail Environment and customers, responsible for channel and customers communication, analytical and administrative management, and development of POS coverage & campaigns for sales growth.

All based in and involving data-driven insights and behavior science, the writing CM coordinator will develop and execute Omni-Shopper Marketing by retail environment and Customer engagement strategies for this BU.


Job Responsibilities
 

Strategy excecution:

  • Follow up of Channel and Customers Targets & Objectives
  • Help sales team to execute Retail Environment strategy and Customer Strategy
  • Translate country Category Strategy to Portfolio/Retail environment strategy 
  • Tracks Commercial calendar and execute activities accordingly
  • Price strategy follow up, implementation and search opportunities
  • Budget execution on time in full

 

Portfolio:

  • Recommendations of Portfolio by Retail Environment/Customer aligned with Marketing

 

Innovation

  • Execute Innovation throughout JBP/channel plans

 

Deploy Marketing strategy  

  • Develop Local execution and track 5Ps by Retail environment
  • Channel execution of the Marketing Plan
  • Asset creation as needed (customer specific) alongside with trade marketing
  • Find opportunities at POS to increase visibility

 

P&L

  • Channel / Customer P&L

 

Sales & GTM

  • Execute One Newell GTM
  • Leads JBP content development – Value Creation

Qualifications

 

• University or four-year college degree; MBA Preferred
• 5+ years Customer Marketing experience
• Project and/or account management
• Analysis of syndicated data (Circana , Iscam , BI ) to find opportunities, improve business initiatives and develop innovative programs

• Presenting and developing presentations
• Using Microsoft Office Suite (advanced MS Excel)
