Customer Marketing Manager

As Customer Marketing for Home Appliances, you will lead customer-focused marketing strategies for products such as air fryers, ovens, and blenders, ensuring alignment with business priorities, retailer needs, and consumer trends. Your work will directly impact sales conversion, brand visibility, and category growth in Mexico’s Traditional Channel.

Key Responsibilities 

Deploy Marketing strategy 

• Develop Local execution and track 5Ps by Retail environment – GTM “Go to market”
• Channel execution of the Marketing Plan
• Asset creation as needed (customer specific) alongside with trade marketing
• Find opportunities at POS to increase visibility
• Innovation: Execute Innovation throughout JBP/channel plans

P&L

• Channel / Customer P&L

Retailer Collaboration

• Design promotional calendars, assortment, and in-store displays in coordination with commercial teams.

Campaign Management:

• Lead seasonal activations and product launches, ensuring strong visibility across physical and digital points of sale.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor KPIs (sell-out, market share, promotion ROI) and recommend strategic adjustments.

Budget Management:

• Optimize trade marketing investments, ensuring profitability and consistency with commercial agreements.

Cross-functional Alignment:

• Collaborate with Sales, Perfect Store, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution and inventory optimization. 

Profile Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial engineer, related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, trade marketing, or category management within consumer goods or appliances.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with key retailers.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
