Field Force Manager

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement POS (field force) strategies to enhance brand value aligned with commercial goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of field force activities to impulse Sale Out, including merchandising, exhibitions, sales incentives, paid exhibitions and negotiated exhibitions.
  • Monitor and prioritize key performance indicators for sales channels and brands.
  • Provide POS insights to improve inventory, pricing, promotions and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and capitalize on market opportunities.

Trade approach:

  • Define and implement field force rout to market to ensure sales performance. (POS allocation, R&R, KPIS)
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources and tools of the field sales teams.
  • Provide training and support on sales techniques and market insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional activities to maximize return on investment. (performance _score cards)
     

Organizational Development:

  • Develop the capabilities and effectiveness of the field force team.
  • Implement performance management systems and succession plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
     

In-Store Execution:

  • Ensure perfect execution to drive in-store promotions and activities.
  • Ensure alignment with overall demand strategies and customer needs.

Budget and Internal Controls:

  • Manage budget allocations for field force team, materials and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and deviations from targets.
  • Budget planning and expenses auditing.
     

Required Experience:

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 3rd party management (Field Force agencies) at least experience with 4 different vendors.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Field force management + commercial areas.
  • At least +800 promoters’ management nationwide.
  • Knowledge of sales process at the POS.
  • Minimum required English level: Intermediate.
  • Go to Market Project Planning and Business Planning.
