Job Summary:

The Finance Analyst is responsible for administration of Corporate Credit cards program for all legal entities in México, Concur travel expense tool setup and onboarding. Manages accounting process (journal entries, analysis, reconciliations and local and US GAAP reporting) using ERP SAP and Microsoft Office tools. In addition is responsible for cash reports, bank account reconciliations and risk insurance claims administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Corporate credit card program administrator
  • Setup of new users with the bank and follow up associated
  • Coordination of monthly cut-off reports and automated payments to the program
  • Concur/Axosnet setup and onboarding for new users (master user)
  • Support to credit card holders on Banking issues
  • Follow-up to local users on pending/delayed/incorrect expense reports

• Accounting process
  • Journal entries, analysis, account reconciliations (monthly and annual closings)
  • Mexico GAAP and USGAAP reporting
  • Use of SAP (G/L role)
  • Reconciliation of fiscal payment receipt (complemento de pago)

• Cash flow, bank and risk management
  • Weekly bank balances LATAM report
  • Manual payments to vendors in Costa Rica and Panama using bank platform
  • Risk insurance policies management (renewal, payment) for entities in Mexico
  • Coordination of risk insurance claims with Risk Management team and brokers

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration.

Work Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience related to Accounting/Finance
• SAP experience or other ERP
• Management of corporate credit card programs
• Management of Bank accounts (bank platforms)

Technical Experience and other requirements:

• • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with cross functional teams.

• • Must be flexible and able to prioritize tasks.
  • The ability to function in a team environment is essential.
  • Ability to communicate in English via e-mail
